Your account means all data you store or have access to in QuestionsToday.

You will use our Services solely for the intended purpose. You will not copy, reproduce or use the information contained in QuestionsToday for any purpose other than availing our Services.

You will not use our Services to copy, store, transmit, send or use any material consisting of or forming part of any malicious software.

You will not use our Services in a way that causes, or may cause, damage, impairment, unavailability or inaccessibility of our Services. We also reserve the sole right to suspend your account if your actions or data disrupt, impede or negatively impact our Services, brand or reputation.

We may levy a usage price for some or all of our Services and the price may change over time. The price applicable to you for a given period will be described in the billing/pricing section in your account.

We may offer our Services free of charge or at a discounted price to some or all users and for a specific or ongoing period at our sole discretion.

We may integrate with one or multiple external payment gateways to facilitate payment by our users. Making the due payment in a timely manner will be the sole responsibility of each user. If there are any issues with payment, we will endeavor to resolve them if the issues are found to be in our payment gateway service. However, such issues will not entitle any user a waiver of due payments, discounts or refunds.

All users must clear their dues on time. If payment is overdue, we may suspend or delete your account any time. Once deleted, we may not be able to retrieve your data even if due payment is cleared thereafter.

QuestionsToday has content which is generated using Artificial Intelligence Large Language Models (AI-LLMs). Although we use best endeavors to ensure accuracy of our content, it is possible that the content received from the AI-LLMs may not be totally accurate at all times. Since AI-LLMs are outside our control, we cannot ensure 100% accuracy for all the content at all times.

If any discrepenacies, errors or inaccuracies are found in our content, we will endeavor to rectify them as soon as we discover them. Such discrepancies, errors or inaccuracies will in no way imply compensation or penalty from QuestionsToday to you.

We urge you to review our privacy policy along with these Terms to know how we collect, use and protect your data in the course of providing our Services.

The trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, content, designs, methods, processes and software ("information") in our Services have been created by QuestionsToday, whose intellectual property rights in entirety are owned by us. You must not (in part or whole) modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, distribute, display or exploit in any way this information without express written consent and license from us.

If you think any material in QuestionsToday violates your copyright, we urge you to notify us immediately. We will respond to such notices, and if deemed necessary, remove the infringing material. In the case a user infringes the copyrights or intellectual property rights of QuestionsToday, we may in our discretion, terminate or deny use of our Services to that user. In such terminations, we will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to us and shall be under no liability for such acts of infringement.

We work hard to ensure unhindered services and accurate information to our users. We generate this information using our features, AI-LLMs and other sources. However, in our software-driven Services and reliance on external systems for intelligent information, it is not possible for us to guarantee the quality of our Services or correctness of all information at all times.

We may need to interrupt your access to our Services for maintenance on a scheduled or non-scheduled basis. You agree that your access may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime and that we will have no liability for any damages or loss caused as a result.

We may suspend or terminate our Services at any time as part of a general shutdown, with or without cause or notice. Similarly, if you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or delete your account after clearing due payments. We will be under no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid by you. The provisions relating to termination, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Our Services are provided ‘as-is’, without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not make any warranty that our Services will be perpetually available or available at all or will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. We also do not warrant that the information contained in our Services is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

In no event will we be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental or consequential damages, the cost of procurement or substitute products or services, interruption of use or loss or corruption of data, any amounts that increase the fees paid by you for our Services, and/or any personal or business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of your data.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of use of our Services. You represent and warrant that your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with our privacy policy, these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct, acceptable content and transmission of data exported in your residing country.

Without prejudice to our rights under these Terms, in the event of any breach by you in any way, we may take any/all such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending, blocking or terminating your access to our Services or bringing court proceedings against you including but not limiting to enforcement of our rights under law and equity alongwith claim of damages and compensation.

The Terms will be governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or breach in any instance will not waive any subsequent breach thereof.

We have the sole right to modify any part of these Terms. You agree that all modifications will be in full force and effect immediately upon posting and will replace any prior version in existence. When this happens, we will change the effective date on top of this page to let you know. We encourage you to review these Terms when you access our Services.
